Frequently Asked Questions

Hand-painted Wedding Invitations

Q:  What do you need to get started? A:   One or more quality photos of the wedding / reception site, a wedding invitation (or 2 if available), and a 50% deposit check.
Q:  How do I order and what form of payment do you accept? A:  Your order may be placed by phone, mail, or e-mail, payable by check.  A 50% deposit is required with your initial order.   Upon your approval of the finished product, the balance (plus shipping/handling charges) will be due within 7 days after receipt of  the finished painting. (If applicable, Florida  sales tax will be added.)
Q: When can I expect my order? A:  Normally within 2 - 4 weeks.  However, during peak wedding seasons, there may be a brief delay.  If a delay is anticipated, a gift notification card can be mailed to the recipient acknowledging your order.
Q:  Would this be appropriate for an anniversary gift? A:  Definitely.  It's an excellent idea for a special anniversary, vow renewal, birthday, or holiday gift.
Q:  We are having a Garden Ceremony.  Can you paint a gazebo instead of a church on our invitation? A:  Yes, the essence or spirit of any ceremony / reception site can be captured in your painting.
Q:  Can you do this process on a unique tri-fold invitation? A:  Most likely, yes.....just takes a little creativity.
Q:  Our two-fold invitation has a slick cover, but the actual wording inside is printed on regular cardstock.  Will this be a problem? A:  No, as long as the invitation wording itself is on an absorbent, non-glossy paper.
Q:  What about duplications? A:  Our Bridal Registry database eliminates the possibility of your order being duplicated . . . unless you request one.
Q:  Can I order the painting without the frame and mats? A:  Yes, however, no discount can be offered for omitting the framing and matting.
Q:  Can you ship the painting directly to the "Bride & Groom?" A:  Of course, simply include those instructions with your order.
Q:  What if I am not satisfied with the finished product? A:  After viewing the Artist's individual Galleries on this website, you will come away with a "sense" of her painting style.   Naturally, we hope that you will be more than satisfied!   If, however, you should have any questions, please contact the Artist.
